…Okay just humor me for a bit.
Anywho, here’s the first actual page of chapter 44! I still gotta set up the chapter page and junk for it on the website, but I’ll get to it eventually. I think Doris and Elaine turned out cute in it! Nice little reunion after what feels like forever (which is only like maybe two and a half months in story time).
Mkay just sitting here trying to think of what to type out. It’s one of those nights, ya know?
Got a new keyboard over the weekend after finally getting fucking tired of my old keyboard not registering a bunch of the bottom keys like half the time. Didn’t even last me two years. Man. Hoping this new one will last a bit longer.
Picked up Zelda Echoes of Wisdom the other day too, and so far I’m not sure how I’m liking it. Got through the first dungeon of sorts and then wandered off to the desert area. Having to summon monsters to slowly attack for me is a chore. Maybe the issue is I’m playing it wrong and I should actively ignore the combat sorta like I did in BotW/TotK. But whereas those two games were fun in terms of moving around and exploring EoW is style after the old school top down games so it isn’t as fun to explore the world. Makes me wish they did a remake of the Oracle games instead.
Tried printing out a zine at work to see the feasibility of it. Seems like I can pull it off, but the issue is getting things right on the file for printing. I’m having to use indesign at home as I don’t have it at work. Meanwhile at home I don’t have a printer. There’s no rush in producing it yet so I’ve got plenty of time to fuck about with it, but it’d be a hell of a lot quicker if I could make quick test prints and tweak the file then and there.
Birthday is in five days. Woo.
Okay calling it tonight with the blog post. Gonna go drink while I deal with some anger over recent politics that is directly impacting me with visiting family for the foreseeable future and also dealing with the fact some family and coworkers are directly responsible for it. Laters.

Actually, in my opinion, it’s not the apostrophe who’s missing… That “s” shouldn’t be there at all. “It felt like…” At least, that’s what I think. Not a native english speaker, so I may be wrong.
Nah. In this case, you want the participle (“it’s” this time standing for “it has”). “It felt like…” would be more suited to looking back at a past reunion.
