Happy July 29th for those who celebrate!

This past Saturday I went with my friends and their niece to a public water park out in Lewisville, which was a lot of fun! We mostly stayed in the lazy river, but I did go down one of the two slides they had available. For residents it only costs $4, but I had to pay $8 since I don’t live in the city, but honestly even that wasn’t all that much for a couple hours of fun. When we got there when they opened around 1pm it was pretty sparse with people, making it more enjoyable. By the time we left around 4ish it was busier but not super packed like how Hurricane Harbor in Arlington, TX would get. I would have loved it way more than the old local community pool I used to go to as a kid if I were still one. Don’t see myself going to it with just adults, though. Not that there wasn’t a regular pool with a deep end and such.

Actually, I probably would go back just to relax in the lazy river. Those are always swell.

I made sure to put on sunscreen but my shoulders wound up getting a bit sunburned. Worse was my scalp due to my thin hair. Spent the past few days feeling not so good which someone on discord mentioned it could’ve been sun poisoning. It sure felt like it was. I’m doing better now, though. Head’s still burned some but doesn’t keep me up or anything when trying to sleep.

The other night I started playing Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney for the switch. I bought it for the DS back when it came out but never finished playing it. Back around 2012/13ish when I still worked at the dry cleaner I tried continuing it but fell off early in the last case. This time I’m aiming to complete it before going onto the 6th game which I’ve yet to play!

One day I’ll need to go back and finish 3, too, as I never finished that one either. Or the Great Ace Attorney games. But honestly the scenario for the Great Ace Attorney games haven’t grabbed me. I’ve been playing it on and off for years now and at the early sections of the 4th case but something about it doesn’t click with me. Maybe it’s the setting? I dunno.

Alrighty, I’ll see y’all next time! Laters!

You and me both for Ace Attorney.

Does the commentary get changed around between comics over time? This is not the first time that I was pretty sure that I’ve read all of it already, even though the comic is new to me. I’ve even made a comment about the term “sun poisoning” and how it’s a much more severe sounding word than in German (which is probably good), but now I can’t find it on any of the pages here.

If you’re reading Kat as well then you’ll have already read it. Kat doesn’t have the multiple weeks of being ahead on Patreon and I typically reuse the blog post from Bodysuit 23 for Kat with some changes that is comic specific or if something has changed in the 24 hours between posts.

Ah, that’s it! Explains why I couldn’t find my own comment before, but randomly found it again a couple hours ago.
I started reading Kat on this website instead of WebToons a couple week ago.

Wait…I just started reading like yesterday and now I’m fully caught up…

The series is addictive as heck <3

I’ve had sun poisoning before. It is NOT a pleasant experience.
Especially since everyone who i reference it to says it sounds fake or like an excuse. Like, I’m showing them the scars from this experience and they’re saying it’s fake.
Gender euphoria to not be taken seriously on a medical condition I guess, lol.
