The suggestion for this week was from Self-Referential who said “Jesse in an outfit similar to Daphne’s snow arc outfit, signifying their new found partnership!”
I figured just drawing Jesse would be boring, so I figured I’d add Daphne and the ice cream man to the mix to flesh out the party! Also figured Daphne needed armor that was specially hers and not stolen from her brother.
Ran into a couple issues while drawing this, namely my still lack of experience with drawing armor. Especially armor at different angles. I really need to start doing regular studies to get better at it.
I saw the new Looney Tunes movie last Friday! It was a lot of fun! It’s still in theaters and I highly recommend going to see it while it’s in theaters as it was one of those movies WB was gonna kill before a smaller distributor picked it up with little advertising. They ought to be rewarded with rescuing it from tax write off hell and getting it out in Theaters when Warner Bros didn’t give two shits about fucking Looney Tunes!
As for anime watching I finally got around to popping in my blurays for Project A-ko 3 and 4. I had seen the first one a lot but never the sequels, and only watched the second one sometime last year. Honestly they were alright. None of them reached the peak that was the first movie, and by the fourth one I felt they were spinning their wheels. But it was a lot of fun watching some over the top action mixed with random anime references copyright laws be damned! Still a fun watch.
I still need to figure out what to do for my choice for this week. Kat’s taking a break for this next week so as I can work on the outline for the next Bodysuit 23 chapter, so I’ll most likely do it around Friday-ish.
