Actually, Owen know that Doris is actually Kevin and before Kevin was informed that Owen knew that he knew he was Doris, Owen said that Doris will inform me in her own good time. So in his hart of harts, he still kind of see Doris a separate person from Kevin even after his discussion with Kevin about how girly that he was acting as Doris and Kevin said that it comes nature to him. Now that Doris isn’t going to be transforming back into Kevin for the next six months and Owen’s still might consider or at least think about Doris being his girlfriend, it will be interesting to see how things turn out after six month.
