Hello~!

I nearly ate shit yesterday when I was going to return a shirt I bought on amazon that had a huge water stain when I got it! Like the genius I was I was walking and looking at my phone bringing up the QR code. As I did I wound up tripping on a curb and did that stumble forward fall, but managed to catch myself on the staircase railing to go upstairs in the parking garage.

On the positive side I didn’t wipe, which would not have been fun. I would’ve wound up falling onto the stairs and look like an idiot when I walked into whole foods to return my package. Downside is I wound up hurting my left wrist. It isn’t sprained or anything thankfully, but it’s still sore.

Getting into an accident like that really makes you think how all it takes is one stupid mistake to royally fuck you up! Like, imagine if I had caught myself with my dominant hand and had that become sore! Or worse, sprain it! I’ve sprained my wrist on two occasions back in middle school and it suuuuuucked! My hand was totally useless for a few weeks. If it were to happen today then I have no clue what I’d do in regards to comic work. Most likely scenario is I’d have to stop drawing until it heals, but what would take its place in the meantime? I can’t necessarily afford to pause both my patreons either. I guess I could do some sort of audio commentary on a few select pages? Like, find some pages with something interesting to talk about, whether it be what sort of stuff I’m referencing or things going on in my life at the time? I dunno. No reason to worry about it now I supposed.

In other news Donkey Kong Bananza is a hell of a game. I’m at about the halfway point at layer, having just reached sublayer 1000. It’s a game-ass game!

Anyway, that’s all for this week! Next Thursday I’ll be heading up to Vermont. I plan to have a regular update next week, but the week after will be a return to Hell Week at work, so I’ll only have a small update then. See y’all later!
