In Poland, if the equivalent of your foot of snow falls in winter, there will be no problems with electricity. Unless you are unlucky and the company dealing with your section of the power grid forgets to de-ice the high-voltage line and it breaks.
Here in italy the situation is pretty much the same lmao. Except it literally NEVER snows, I mean it probably does in northern italy but where I am I haven’t seen a mm of snow since, uhh, 2009?
As a Texan… Accurate. Hell sometimes the power goes out for no reason at all. Our electrical grid is a technological wonder; as in, people wonder how this technology this unstable even works.
Time you lasses dressed a bit more warmly even under your blankets. It’s still too early here in Reader-Land–and far too late in your timelin–to be "cotton-headed ninny-muggins." 😁
Forgot to type it here so I could figure something out. As we’re now able to donate via Tapas, I thought I’d test how much actually goes your way by donating 10,000 Ink. I’m wondering what the effective conversion is.
I think them being together like that is for the benefit of both of them. Mirandas smart is rubbing off on Doris a little, and Miranda learns not to take everything too serious and to let loose once in a while. I like to see them together like that.
Reason 46587 why I don’t live in Texas.

The power outages are the reason why I’m happy we can still use the wood/coal
25 years in Northern NY and Vermont, I experienced many double-digit below zero nights without power, and LOVED my wood/gas log stoves!
In Poland there is barely any snow at winter

Italy is like GA then, atleast mid GA area. Every 3 to 4 years we might get a light dusting, maybe lol
Come to Arkansas! We have lower cost of living and we can survive more than a foot of snow with no problem! 😂

Chewing gum and duct tape. It’s the Texas way.
No, that’s how the rest of the power grid is held together. Texas found something lazier.
More like chewing gum wrappers and scotch tape.
Kamikaze squirrels, they strike when you least expect them!

Corrections:
a.) Meant to say "timeline."
b.) It’s never really too early or late for Doris/Kevin to be a cotton-headed ninny-muggins. 😁

Murphy’s Law: Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong (at the worst possible moment).
