Getting so used to the thing and living as a girl that… how many of us have predicted this?
We got some snow in the Rockies this week, I met a Texas family at a store that came here for some early skiing. “Six inches should be enough to ski on… what do you mean by feet? It snows that much in Colorado?”
"There’s something you don’t see every day, Chauncey." "What’s that, Edgar?" "Some gal just mooned her twin sister out front of the Burger King." "What’s unusual about that?" "Full moon’s not due for another two weeks, Chauncey."
Agreed with Spart, as a centerpiece state, I can safely say that we have the worst of both worlds. We experience all four seasons at least once per week, and nobody really knows if we are well-equipped or not. Most of us make the wrong assumption either way.
I can picture Miranda just casually walking through a mountain of 4 foot tall snow just leaving a cartoony ass trail through it while Kevin’s hesitating to take the first step out his front door onto the sidewalk because he ‘can’t see the ground’.
Also, nice fanservice. I mean….it’s Kevin, what did we expect?
For a bit of extra context as to why a bit of snow is such a big deal in Texas, go look up the 2021 freeze. Hundreds of people died because the state’s power grid wasn’t built to withstand the winter temperatures. Three inches of snow tends to be a bigger deal when you have no electricity for hours or days on end.
Thank you for informing the world that our great state of Texas is not just a vast desert wasteland of death. It’s also a man eating swamp that tries to drown you with the air itself and breeds 15 foot gators.
When I was stationed at Minot, ND, we got the same scorching summer weather, then in winter we got 40-below, plus windchill, and snow drifts that could bury your house, not to mention your car!
This… is gonna be fun to watch..
"Gonna be"?

🤣
Yeh, that’s true of most southern states.
Then again, it’s also true to a somewhat lesser extent to midwest-level states.
Idk, Arkansas is pretty well-equipped for snow lol

You mean like the title page we just saw 4 comics ago?

Like if you have a scar on your butt.
Dammit, all I got’s a butt on my butt.
But a butt’s a lut… erm, a lot.
I’m more amused by the fact that Kevin was ready to show his butt to Miranda even if he wasn’t wearing the suit.

Glad I live in north Arkansas. When it snows, we actually WELCOME it! XD
