I think you are a tad confused Angela is the brown haired girl in the comic that never smiles, whats happened here is she is wearing the mask of an Elaine bodysuit whilst playing with herself and Elaine has entered the room. She isn’t wearing a full bodysuit just the mask, you can tell because the seems of the mask jut outwards slightly from her body

There was, it was during a "pay what you want" stream, and it was only posted on Patreon and Twitter since DeviantArt might not have allowed some of the more explicit elements in that drawing.
