And running away is only going to exacerbate the situation, the sensible thing would be to give a short explanation and see if Angela would be willing to keep her mouth shut regarding the bodysuit.

Even her reaction now seems less like transphobia and more a combination of her general hatred of Kevin plus an unpleasant realization that Kevin’s been lying to her and (more importantly) Elaine for a while now, amplified by her hangover/possible alcohol poisoning.

Great situation: Kevin as Doris now on the run in a foreign city and most likely no wallet in the pocket. Tickets back and everything else left in the hotel room that will now be closely guarded. Still some battery life on the phone, but Elaine and Angela being able to call him. This mess will continue when he gets back home. Miranda might pick him up at least.
On the other side, Elaine might be super interested in that suit.
It will be most interesting to see at what time Owen will show up. Most likely when they are all gathered discussing this situation.
So now Angela knows, and of all people to discover Kevin’s secret, she was probably Kevin’s "worst nightmare" (at least for the moment.) Will she spill the beans to Elaine? (After she finishes spilling her guts, that is. That girl has a major problem of her own!) Or will Kev decide he now has to tell Elaine before Angela does? (And why do I suspect that, if/when he does come clean with Elaine about it, Elaine will not be surprised. Being the clever girl she is, as well as she knows Kevin, and as often as "Doris" has slipped up around her, she probably already figured it out.)
