Why do I get the feeling this mans has the entire agency under his control through the sheer amount of favors he’s yet to cash in?…. I feel like he’s managed to cash in a favor without directly stating it and just managed to pull the strings on some higher-up to get Madison de-commissioned for the weekend. Meanwhile Owen’s just standing there like "did that really just happen in front of me?….no, it couldn’t have…BUT DID IT?!"
