But I think that his identity may shift more to a lady like. In 6 months his hair may have the same length than the bodysuit so it will be hard to see the old Kevin after 6 months. It may be worse if Miranda has pushed the realism to permit the suit to give period and if there is some hormonal leak leading to Kevin developing breast.

When dealing with experimental things like what Miranda is doing here, there are also a lot of unknown that can happen that you didn’t know could happen, but, did happen. Doris would have to come in like she an exchange student or something like that.
Since Kevin doesn’t really have a social life, Miranda’s planned experiment won’t mess that up much, although if Kevin just disappears for six months, that would present a problem when/if Elaine makes it home for Spring Break, which is only a few months away. Everyone else in his minscule "social circle"–Miranda, Owen, and Angela–already know about his double identity. Of course, he’ll probably have to skip a semester (or two?) at college for the duration. Since he doesn’t have a job at present–other than being Miranda’s guinea pig–that’s not an issue either.
Miranda may be interested in how well the suit holds up under constant use for an extended period of time, but the real test may be how well Kevin holds up being Doris 24/7 for months on end. All aboard for the mystery tour!

If or when she locks Kevin into the bodysuit, she going to have to take Kevin to her Laboratory to do that. When we see what that Laboratory look like, I would make it look kind of like a Frankenstein laboratory with Own in tow as her assistant. Now the time for that spooking music to start.

To access this higher level of this bodysuit, she may have give Kevin a shot or give Kevin something to drink so she can prepare Kevin body for the transformation or even be able to lock him into the bodysuit for six month and she may even have to also put a headset on Kevin to prepare his mind for transformation into being Doris for six month. We could easily spend the next three to six month either look at Miranda house, laboratory, seeing Kevin being prepared to be locked into the bodysuit, being locked into the bodysuit or post being locked into the bodysuit or mentally being adjust to operating in that body suit by the headset that she put on Kevin head so he can even function as Doris for six month even, that is all I will say about this matter.

You’re kinda assuming the suit works like a shot of hormones which doesn’t seem to be the case imo If we really go into overthinking territory, the suit is a weird thing that can temporarily reshape bone structure and augment the strength and flexibility of the user and self repair… and also can store pee somehow? Honestly it’s plain magic with some techno babble XD My point is: so far we haven’t really seen anything that points out to hormones as part of the mechanism. But who knows. what people in these comments seem to forget is that the bodysuit program was abandoned by the government when the laboratory blew up, meaning that miranda has no support when it comes to hiding the bodysuit, hiding kevin, making changes to the bodysuit, and generally anything bodysuit related. That may be true what you saying about the bodysuit. But, we don’t know what the bodysuit can do or was designed to do. Although the government laboratory blew, Miranda still has kind of a miniature laboratory in her basement that she can still use now that she still has the prototype bodysuit to work with and she a very smart girl too. Miranda my not be able to manufacture another bodysuit, but, she still can do a lot with the one she still got.
As far as making changes to the bodysuit that you mentioned, I have a counter question:
How many of those changes were already designed into the bodysuit originally by Miranda in the first place or with the idea of it having the minimum of changes to the bodysuit as possible in the future?
