That’s a very valid concern. And I would be suspicious of anyone who got angry at the accusation. An innocent person would probably either get embarrassed at the idea or laugh it off as a joke.
Nah, man. We’re talking about something that can ruin someone’s life when it’s only the ACCUSATION without enough evidence to be charged for such a thing. The guy had a reasonable reaction. It’s like “playing with matches in a pyrotechnics factory” serious. Well…not in terms of imminent death and destruction, but serious stuff nonetheless.
Doris/Kevin being an idiot and not thinking before making such a “joke” is the real punchline here.
It is a very valid concern, and most people probably would, but this is a man’s livelihood we’re dealing with. Patrick seems like a professional that takes his work very seriously, even if he is on the edge of death at any moment. That kind of accusation, even in jest, around the wrong people could at best get him blacklisted by clients.
"Fun" fact: Some shadier, but still usually "legally compliant", modeling agencies DO use hidden cameras in changing rooms to get more "natural" shots of the models in product. It must be done with the knowledge and consent of the model(just their agent is not sufficient), it cannot be live monitored, and any images capturing nudity must be destroyed. The only reason the camera is hidden is to ensure the shots are as "natural" as possible – models tend to play it up when they know where the camera is.
You can probably guess why it’s primarily the arena of the shadier companies, and why I put "fun" and "legally complaint" in quotes. The real world modeling business is truly garbage… (as I understand it, the few companies that do this usually stay compliant on the notification and consent matter, but are VERY BAD at adhering to the other two requirements)
Ooooh, touched a nerve there, eh? Patrick is very serious about his work (and sounds seriously depressed, too.)
Agreed.
It’s possible someone has joked about that before, and the joke got overheard by someone who took it seriously

Kevin is just now realising the power a woman’s accusations have.
I can only assume this man was caught with hidden cameras before.
If this post is ironic its funny if not OOF!
Their point was don’t joke about that because people will spread baseless rumors. Kinda like your reaction. xD

Doris, be pervy on your own time.
With cameras getting smaller and easier to hide, sounds like a legit concern. But I like his response. He’s starting to sound trustworthy.
