Kevin’s not a sick pervert. He just wanted to experience what it would be like to be a girl. He didn’t use the bodysuit as an excuse to go spy on people in the ladies changing room/bathrooms as he instinctively ran into the mens side. We see him do so twice, once when he first got the suit to go changing and accidentally got some old man in trouble for confusing HIM and making him go to the wrong room, and then once again at the movie theater. (That’s what I can recall anyways).
Kevin was purely an experimentalist in his choices and never once made a conscious effort to be a peeping tom or flirt with someone. He just wanted to make friends and have a secret double life for the hell of it. As far as the comic shows he had no intention of doing anything wrong with the suit, he’s just not the brightest bulb in the closet. But being dumb is not an excuse to call someone a pervert.
