What I am wondering about is if he is actually going to wear Doris for the body. If Elaine finally gets to see him without the mask in the body is another matter. She would want to see him at the convention in the costume and not Doris. She would be really unhappy with Kevin if Doris comes in his place.
That opens up a possibility for Kevin to accidentally unmask himself in the middle of all the fun, he goes to the Con with the Doris mask, puts it on for the cosplay, and then during the convention he forgets that he’s wearing Doris and accidentally removes her in front of Elaine. hmmm?
I think we are all forgetting that kevin needs to keep his double life secret because Miranda is under scrutiny. Also, owen is Doris’s boyfriend (headcanon ship), how would he react?
I don’t think Miranda told him about that, though.

I don’t think it’ll be an accident. I suspect that Kevin intends to use the crossplay at the convention to come out to Elaine about Doris.
